Suggest Treatment For Persistent Headache

Hi, would appreciate your advice. Been having persistent headache on top of my favorite head for 5 days now. Not a. Migraine sufferer. No pain killers has worked. Worst pain when I bend down or when I stand up. Pulsating pain in my head. Can you please advise. Thank you kind regards Cathriona.
