Suggest Treatment For Persistent Itching On Vagina

What can I used for itching, on my vagina it causes me to scratch myself untill my skin gets irritaded, and the skin on my lips looks like a elephant type skin now :( horrible!!, I been on the doctor and im free of any STD infection, but the itch doesn t go away!! Please help me I want the itch to go away, I try termaconazole, doesnt help, vagisil burn in my skin dont know what else to use :/
