Suggest Treatment For Persistent Migraine Attacks

i have had a migrane for 10 yrs i have tryed every drug under the sun in 2004 i had astroke of the thalamus my whole body burns and lord forbib my wife trys to hug or hum .my going outdoors in the sun is an instant major migrane my feet and legs always hurt and because i realy cant exercise well u get the point any advise ive got myself thrown out of other programs for smoking pot but that is my one true go to help to sleep and get comfortable.ive ranted enough this is truly my first attempt at find some one who knows whats wrong with me
