Suggest Treatment For Persistent Pain In Wrists

Hi, Both my left and right wrists have been hurting lately. Twisting my wrists helps, as does wrapping cloth around it to apply pressure to it. I think it's possibly due to a lot of studying and using the computer, but I can't be too sure. Is this something I can treat/mitigate using ACE bandages and Bengay? Or can this be something more lasting? The pain has been continuous, though not sharp. Can it be expected to get worse?
