Suggest Treatment For Persistent Running Nose

my husband's nose won't stop running. He sounds blocked up but does not have sinus pain. He has had amoxycillin and now has been diagnosed with hayfever and asthma. He has been given a steriod nasal spray and antihistamine and an asthma inhaler but 5 days later is no better. Please help
