Suggest Treatment For Persistent Sore Throat

Hello,
I think I am suffering from acute thyroiditis. I was sick with H-pylori. I didn't know it until I had endoscopy done because I had acid reflux pretty bad for years and the meds were not helping. Anyway, I took a group of antibiotics 12 pills a day for 10 days. February or March of 2013. Then about two months later I had the test done to see if I still had the infection. I did. So I took another round of antibiotics. I lost 15lbs. During those months, I was a train full speed ahead, I could not relax, could not think straight, had hot flashes, sweating just felt totally out of control. In September 2013 Then I did the blow test to see if still had the stomach infection, whereas before I did the blood tests to see. I didn't have the infection anymore. But after drinking whatever it was I drank....about a month later...I started feeling tired, gaining weight, cold all of the time, hungry all the time, no energy etc.
A little history, I have a goiter. Have had it since I was in my 20's. I had a child when I was 20 and during my pregnancy I was put on Synthyroid. (sp) After I delivered I was taken off the meds.
Now I have had a sore throat for a month. Primary dr will not give me anything for it. I had my thyroid levels checked before I did the blow test. My thyroid gland is swollen. (Primary agreed) It almost seems like since I drank that stuff and then blew into that bag to test for the H-Pylori...that's when my symptoms changed to the opposite of what I was feeling. So I feel like I went from Hyper to Hypo. Your thoughts?
