Suggest Treatment For Persistent Stomach Cramps

hi I live in new Zealand
I am a female aged 68
I have been to my doctor with this trouble I have been having for months and he gave me tablets for the stomach gramps which did not make any difference I do get UTI'S sometimes. I have had kidney stones when I was 38 the pain is across my stomach but goes into my left side I have the pain all day every day I have just been taking Panadol twice daily.i want this to go away as in april of this year I am going to Europe for 8 weeks and I don't wish to be unwell
