Suggest Treatment For Persistent Stomach Cramps

I have had stomach cramps on and off for two months, sometimes worse then others. My doctor said he thought I have grumbling appendix. Today I have had worse stomach cramps ever, it feels like I m trying to have a baby. I am feel sick throughout the day over the past two days, hardly eaten, I have done diarrhea a few times and pain killers are not helping. What do I do?
