Suggest Treatment For Persistent Toe Nail Infection

Hi, I am planning to have all 5 toenails removed on my left foot next week. I have opted against taking antifungal tablets due to a severe reaction with my liver with some other tablets that I took a few years ago. Is this a viable option to remove all my toenails and should I use fudicin cream straight after the surgery? I have already tried topical nail treatments and laser treatment which have all been unsuccessful due to the severity of the nail infection. I am worried about things like getting an infection from the surgery and the possibility of them regrowing back with fungal.
