Suggest Treatment For Persistent Vomiting And Fatigue

My daughter has been vomiting and multiple clay colored diarrhea since Tuesday now. She hasn t run any fever but has been very fatigued. She tries to eat and vomits or poops. It occurs at all time of the day or night. I believe she may be dehydrated. Is this something I need to be concerned about?
