Suggest Treatment For Personality Disorder

hello I have a question I am in the nursing field but need to ask alittle more about this situation my sister she is older then me but I believe she has a personality disorder her behavior is very off and any little thing can set her off she harms people and she lies in everyday life about everything she is very throubled what can I do
