Suggest Treatment For Petechiae On Toes And Arms Of A Child

Hello, My 5 year old daughter having petechiae since last year, we been to so many doctors and they don't know why it comes and goes. Blood work came normal.They do not last for more then two three days and go away and about a week two they come back, they only appear on her toes and arms. Im really not left with much but to worry at this point.
