Suggest Treatment For Phimosis

hy my name is david im 37 years old i live in mississippi i work at pizza place i have had this for about 3 to 4 months now and i have done a lot of research on the internet about this but i think i might have phimosis i have not been cut so every time i pull the foreskin back its like 20 to 30 paper cuts on the end of my foreskin and it bleeds for a few min. i cant even have sex because to pain is too much. but anyway is there something i can get over the counter because i dont have insurance and going to the doc is just to much money i cant aford it right now. or what can i do???
