Suggest Treatment For Phimosis

Hi guys, i am a 14 year old male, approximatly 128 pounds, 5'4, and i'm almost positive i have a condition called phimosis. I'm just wondering what i can do about it and how i go about telling my parents/ doctor. P.S i'm going to see a doctor for a check-up soon what kind of questions should i ask him/her? and any advice for bringing up said topic to him?
