Dear Doctor,
I have pigmentation on my skin and my neck is very dark. My forearm is very dry,itchy and dark. Rest part is all fine. I got treatments but in vain. now I am told to apply cosglo gel on my face and vitamin c tablets. Doctor says my neck can never be cured.
