Suggest Treatment For Pigmentation Around Vagina And The Thighs

Hi Doctor, am of olive skin colour and I have noticed some pigmentation problems on my vagina and the thighs. I have stopped shaving there and am waxing it once in 2 weeks but still the area has become dark. I can not even wear a bikini because I feel embarrassed.
I have tried Bio oil for some months but it is not working.
