Suggest Treatment For Pigmentation On Chin And Around Mouth Corners

Is pigmenttaion treatable? I have this around around my mouth corners and on chin.Consulted a few renowned doctors, some say that it cannot be treated but some say it can be, but to little extent(40% or so) and would require good amount of money. Skin Lightening creams have not been useful anyways and chemical peels etc have got side effects.Please advise shall i make this out of my mind to get it treated anymore.
