Suggest Treatment For Pigmentation On Face

Hello dr.i hv very sensitive skin..my skin breaks out even with non oily sunscreen.i hv pigmentation on the sides of my face near jaw line..also my forehead is tanned..cn u suggest me some good serums or creams to apply..and any tablets too wch willl help with pigmentation...i am a female...33yrs old.
