Suggest Treatment For Piles Causing Unbearable Pain

Hi have a very large swollen pile that I am currently waiting surgery for. I was seen at hospital yesterday & am currently taking diclofenac and paracetamol. The pain is unbearable. I can't walk, even lying here I'm crying. I have had 8 hours sleep in 72 hours and it feels like torture. I have had a hot bath which helps loads. It seems that it has increased inside and I have a swollen parinium & my vagina is starting so sting and it's hurting so bad thanks in advance
