Suggest Treatment For Piles In Rectum Causing Mild Pain

hi about 3/4 weeks ago discovered smallish pile slightly protruding from my rectum , have had before and applied anusol which slightly reduced but still there . Not particularly painful but have developed a dull ache inside rectum made worse when i sit down . Sort of feels like my cheeks are going numb a bit ??
