Suggest Treatment For Pilonital Cyst And Discomfort

I ve had pilonital cyst problems for years, recently I ve experienced discomfort when I smoke THC but it only gets sore for an hour or so then no problem after that. The swelling is not noticeable but it s just uncomfortable. Could the THC be causing or keeping it from healing? I had the surgery about 5 years ago with no problems until this last month.
