Suggest Treatment For Pimple Above The Eyebrow

I have a sore almost like a pimple above my eyebrow and it won't heal or when it does it looks like a pink mole or bump. I had an biospy done to check for cancer and it wasn't. Since then I have gotten a ring around it about the size of a quarter. What is it?? thanks
