Suggest Treatment For Pimple Like Blisters On Scrotum

Thanks, I had tiny and small pimple-like blisters on the scrotum which are not painful always, but do hurt when sometimes the blister is broken, only I have had 2-3 blisters broken in approximately 15 years since I have had these. A Doctor who happened to be my friend did operate on the blisters some 6-7 years ago, and there were no blisters for about 5 years and then it has started again (which my doctor friend had informed me). Kindly assist me "How shall I proceed with treatment of these not painful blisters but which causes LOT LOT LOT of itching which I have had for almost one and a half decade.
