Suggest Treatment For Pimple Like Bump In My Breast

A couple of years ago I noticed a pimple like bump on the side of my breast it got a bit bigger and dark over time and I decided to pinch it out and maybe it might have been an ingrown hair along with a pimple but when I squeezed it out a hard dark almost black substance came out it was like a little ball... what could that have been?
