Suggest Treatment For Pimple Like Bumps On Stomach

I have little red pimple like bumps scattered on my stomach, they hurt but they dont come to a head... they are just bumps... its been 2 days now and i have a large painful bump on my pubic area, i do shave and it also doesnt come to a head... its just a painful bump... a large one... what can this be?
