Suggest Treatment For Pimple Like Lesions

i've gotten about 4 or 5 pimple looking things within 3 or 4 inches of the genital region, but none actually in the genital region. some of the bumps have white tips. i wasn't too scared at first, but i don't normally get a lot of pimples, and now i got one on the edge of my lip too. please advise.
