Suggest Treatment For Pimple On Back

doctor, 3 months before i found, some pain and puss on my back, i touch my back and realize that some pimple like bulge at tail of my bums, so i told my dad, and one important matter,few years ago my father also undergone with the same prob and cured by surgery , shall i go for surgery or some homeopathy, Ayurveda,since i heard it s effective,, please guide me,,
