Suggest Treatment For Pimple On Foreskin Of Penis

hi doctor i have a tiny sort of pimple on my fore skin of penis i consulted a doctor who said its not alarming he prscribed duofilm sol touch to it but told me to apply bio line vaseline prior to touch another dermotolist told me not to apply it but adviced me not to worry at all and told me if need arise to go for RFC please advice what to do
