Suggest Treatment For Pimple On The Buttock

i had a large pimple on my bum cheek over a year ago and it has left a dint in my skin and a bruise which now looks like cellulite, i am very conscious about it so could you tell me what this is and if it can be treated so that the skin no longer has a dint
