Suggest Treatment For Pimple On The Cheek

My 8 year old son got a pimple onhis jaw line on his cheek. It came to a head and then popped. It then came back and looked a little bruised around it. I figured he squeezed it. It went down and then flared up with a bruise around it again He says he hasn't touched it. Is this a problem?
