Suggest Treatment For Pimple On The Scalp

a spot on my head hurt this morning in the shower, I thought maybe it was a pimple on my scalp. its been bugging me all day and I have been rubbing it. my husband looked and scratched the surface and a white plug looking thing came out with a wirey short hair. he said theres puss in there. what is happening to my head :( it hurts
