Suggest Treatment For Pimple On Tip Of Foreskin

HI im 20 and have a small pimple like bump near tip of foreskin have had it since round october or november,have gone to doctor twice about it and she says it well go in time,very down as it still doesnt seem to b vanishing is there any cream or medictaion you could recomend to remove them??
