Suggest Treatment For Pimple Scars On Forehead

Hey. I've pimple scars on my forehead reddish in texture. And since past 2 months the frequency of pimples has shoot up like anything. Could you please help me regarding this ? Could acne scars be removed or not ? It makes me feel really complex in front of others.
