Suggest Treatment For Pimples And Scars On Face

hi, im 25 year old and im having pimples and scars on my face.Dermatologist has advised me to apply clyndamicin gel at night and MI 50(Minocycline),alavit z tablets to take after food.I have been using since 20 days but no result is seen yet and im facing more pimples.Should i continue this.My friend has suggested panderm plus ,can i use it.Please suggest.
