Suggest Treatment For Pimples On Face, Burning Sensation, Pain And Itching

Hi, It started with pimples on my face and now its increasing day by day and i have burning sensation, light pain and itching, please suggest what to do. I applied T-bact from last 2 days but no use. Or is it some other serious problem. I am worried now as its increasing from last 2 days
