Suggest Treatment For Pimples On Face While Using Cosmelite Cream

Hi my name is saini and I m from kerala I have been using cosmelite from Last few months from my aunts suggestions I got better and was looking more fairer but for the last few days I m getting pimples n now I have more than a 100 pimples allover my face. I m still using cosmelite kindly suggest me wheather to use it or not and all this is happening because of this cream ? Thanks
