Suggest Treatment For Pimples On Face

Hello sir,I am 21 years old suffering from pimples since 6 years I had tried lots of treatment but nothing giving me good results now m using Adapalene gel and clean clear face wash since last 2 month it reduces the pimples but cant able to clear it pls help me to clean my face.
