Suggest Treatment For Pimples On Face

please recommend me something for my face... for the last two months i have been getting pimple as big as a pea........i never had pimples all my life . iam 33 years old now ...the pimple doesnt seem to go but keeps on increasing .....and leaving dark spots on face............. please help me
