Suggest Treatment For Pimples On Face

good morning sir iam santosh 22yrs old. iam suffring from deep pimples holes on my face both sides from 8yrs i had use many ointments and gels under doctors guidence but result is zero. i requesting u sir plz tell me if there any perminent solution for this disease.....thanking u sir.
