Suggest Treatment For Pimples On Penis

hey there, i have had pimples on my penis - well i think they are for about 2 years now. i have left it because i thought they would go away, but they don't. they havn't got worse. they just havnt gone away. there are about a dozen of small 'lumps' on the underside of my penis. it is defiantly not an std - i am a virgin. what can i do?
