Suggest Treatment For Pimples On The Face

Hello Doctor, I have pimples all over my face and they are developing small boils type which has pus in it. Someone suggested to use betnovate gm cream for pimples. Is it effective? will it cure my pimples completely? after stopping use of it will i get pimples again? what according to you can be the right treatment for pimples? Please help...
