Suggest Treatment For Pimples On The Face

I have what seems to be an allergic reaction on my face. i"ve never had pimples or breakouts really, maybe one or two every couple of months so i know its not that. Random little bumps, that look like pimples showed up on my face yesterday morning. they're a little itchy and i took one benydryl yesterday morning, and two at night. woke up, and nothing worked!
