Suggest Treatment For Pimples Problem

Doctor I have been suffering from pimples since my 16th year. now I am 30 years. I consulted famous hospitals and few skin care specialists and followed their medication for a few years but no result. my face is always at least with one big pimple stuffed with puss and strong white fibre like thing inside. It comes usually on and around nose, cheeks, forehead, near ear.. Oh! its a curse and i have become very shy not to go out any function. My face is full of scars like pits. I fear to marry coz i lost all my confidence to live. My pimples are painful, hurting, making me shy and lack confidence. Please doctor.... what should i do now? Do you know i never dared to propose any girl? I lost many because of this in my life. Please help me.
