Suggest Treatment For Pimples

hi.. my name is Indu and i was advised to use Exevate MF for the small pimple kind of problems i was getting when exposed my face to sun.. only on sun.. i used this for more than an year and started getting probs like hair on skin and face became like aged and white heads etc.. i approached a doc and he asked me to sotop using and he said i wil have this prob for 2 yrs.. its been 2 yrs that i left and i still face probs wen i go out in sun.. isthere a fixed solution?
