Suggest Treatment For Pimples

I get pimples very often,and its embarassing at times, my skin is mixed type and becomes oily frequently what shall be the reason for the same. This problem is persisting after i was detected with tuberculoid meningitis and am still on the medication for the same since last 8 months. kindly guide me
