Suggest Treatment For Pimples

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...I get these nasty pimples at least thats what i think that they are, i usually get the right below my armpit and in between my legs they can get kinda big and really sore. they have like a yellowish discharge most of the time. i got huge one on my gut the other day and it kept growing. i broke the skin on the top and tried to swueeze it but nothing came out the next day it got bigger and had like a darker ring around it like a blood blister from squeezing it. Well it finally popped or opened and I got what I could out of it then the skin sank in and made a big nasty hole. It has been oozing and bleeding for 3 days now and I dont know what to do about it. it doesnt seem to be drying up or getting smaller.
