Suggest Treatment For Pimples

female,suffering from this pimples for more than 4 years and the black mark spots and i have acne cause of pimples is not going.Iconsulted already in Dermatologist here in kuwait then they give me (adaplene Gel) and Duradox (adapline100grm)capsul but no improvement....please help me & suggest.....thank you...
