Suggest Treatment For Pincer Toenails

I believe I have Pincer toenails on both big toes. I have had one sided removal of each when I was 11 yrs old, and now I'm 43 with no trouble all these years. Lately(past 6mos. to a year) I've noticed when I trim my big toenails, there is a curve to them when looking at them from the front. It looks like they are curving inward on both sides of top of nail. I cut across and I dont cut the corners I just file them so as not to be sharp. Now I'm noticing the whole bed is arching more and it still looks curving inward when looking at it from the tip. What kind of doctor can help better yet, how can I remedy this at home before it gets worse. I have no pain except when its time to trim them b/c edges poke into skin a little. Thank You for your help, Kim.
