Suggest Treatment For Pinched Rib Under Right Arm

Hello....I have what feels to be a pinched rib under my right arm. My hand and especially my ring andpinky finger get tinglyat night whe laying on my back. I was told by the chiropractor that it is impossible to have a rib pinched under your arm. Is this true?
