Suggest Treatment For Pink Colored Mark On Upper Chest

Hi, I had a skin biopsy for a pinky coloured mark on my upper chest and was told to put otocomb otic ointment on it. On reading up about it I see it is for the ears and not to put it on an open wound. Could you suggest something else I could use please. I usually use tea tree oil as an antiseptic.
